I have some photos I would like to share. It looks as though a fair amount of oil/carbon from the vents made its way to the area between our cash cart and drive thru lane. This is a high traffic high visibility area that we will need to clean somehow today. The last two times we were serviced from Nelbud significant amounts of trash were left in the transfer bin for our trash rather than the dumpster making it so that our team members had to throw away the oily trash from the job the night before. The first time we were serviced, we gave the cleaners a key card and this time we were asked for one a second time, we gave a new one but no one seems to know what happened to the first one, which can be a security compromise for our store. On a more positive note we have used two other cleaners locally in the past and though they were much cheaper, your team has done a much better job actually cleaning the vents, which is helpful.
